BIO farm with Agrotourism - Business Plan

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech BIO farmaření na území České republiky a jeho spojení s agroturistikou, a to ve formě poskytování ubytovacích, stravovacích, případně dalších doplňkových služeb. Hlavním výstupem bakalářské práce je podrobný podnikatelský záměr, který vychází z detailní situační analýzy pro vybranou nemovitost a lokalitu. Podnikatelský záměr je zpracován ve vazbě na základní prvky marketingového mixu, a to jak na oblasti produktu, tak ceny, distribuce a marketingové komunikace. Výsledkem práce je návrh správného nastavení a diverzifikace nabízených produktů a služeb.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of organic farming in the territory of the Czech Republic and its connection with the agrotourism, in the form of providing accommodation, catering or other additional services. The main output of the bachelor thesis is a detailed business plan, which is based on a detailed situational analysis for the selected property and location. The business plan is developed in relation to the basic elements of the marketing mix, in the areas of product, price, distribution and marketing communication. The result of the bachelor thesis is a proposal for the correct setting and diversification of the offered products and services.
