Témou tejto bakalárskej práce je "greening" reformy SZP po roku 2013. Európska komisia predložila návrhy na pripojenie dodatočných environmentálnych požiadaviek na vyplácanie priamych platieb. Práca skúma, prečo bol zvolený práve tento prístup ku "greeningu", akú úlohu mala Komisia pri procese tvorby reformy a ako sa jej podarilo obhájiť svoje návrhy počas riadneho legislatívneho procesu.
