Decision-making processes in the real estate market

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována realitnímu trhu v ČR. Tématem jsou rozhodovací procesy na trhu s nemovitostmi. Práce je členěna na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části objasňujeme základní pojmy spojené s realitním trhem, se kterými se pak následně setkáváme i v praktické části. Příjemci dostávají obecný přehled o situaci na nemovitostním trhu v ČR. Získávají povědomí o možnostech financování nákupu nemovitosti k vlastnímu bydlení či investiční nemovitosti. Součástí praktické části je průzkum mezi investory. Zjišťujeme, dle jakých kritérií si vybírají vhodnou nemovitost, a to formou dotazníkového šetření. Na podkladě průzkumného šetření zjišťujeme, jaká kritéria jsou pro investory důležitá, když si vybírají vhodnou nemovitost. Nahlédnutí do rozhodovacích procesů zkušených investorů je inspirací pro začínající investory.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the real estate market in the Czech Republic. The topic covers decision-making processes in the real estate market. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, we explain basic concepts relating to the real estate market, which we will then encounter in the practical part. Beneficiaries receive a general overview of the situation on the real estate market in the Czech Republic. They gain an understanding of financing options for purchasing a home or investment property. The practical part includes a survey among investors. We find out which criteria they use to choose a suitable property by means of a questionnaire. Based on the survey, we find out what criteria are important for investors when choosing a suitable property. Insight into the decision-making processes of experienced investors is an inspiration for novice investors.
