Cílem práce je image oddělení zlepšit a zvýšit tak spokojenost klientů s jeho službami a získání klientů nových. The thesis entitled "Image Improvement Project of the Department of Pediatric Hematology, The University Hospital, Brno" determines the current state of the image of the Department.
