Funding and management of a non-profit organization

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním a organizací konkrétní neziskové organizace a dopady pandemie COVID-19 na tuto neziskovou organizaci, respektive dopady na její financování a na její organizaci. Práce se nejprve v úvodu věnuje přiblížení problematiky neziskových organizací a následně rozebírá charakteristiku zvolené neziskové organizace. Dále se zabývá analýzou situace před příchodem pandemie, po čas trvání pandemie, a po odeznění pandemie zkoumá jednotlivé změny a dopady na organizační strukturu a na financování zkoumané neziskové organizace.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the financing and organization of a specific non-profit organization and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on this non-profit organization, respectively the effects on its financing and on its organization. In the introduction, the thesis is devoted to approaching the issue of non-profit organizations and then analyzes the characteristics of the chosen non-profit organization. By analyzing the situation before the onset of the pandemic, during the duration of the pandemic, and after the pandemic subsides, it examines individual changes and impacts on the organizational structure and financing of the non-profit organization under investigation.
