Analysis of synthetic colorants in foodstuffs by means of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method

Abstract:

Tato diplomova prace se zabyva mo.nosti aplikace metody disperzni kapalinove mikroextrakce na extrakci syntetickych potravina.skych barviv z cukrovinek. Byla vypracovana literarni re.er.e, ktera se zabyva syntetickymi barvivy a jejich vyu.iti v potravina.stvi. Dal.i .ast je zam..ena na izola.ni techniky a na mo.nosti stanoveni syntetickych potravina.skych barviv. V experimentalni .asti byla provedena optimalizace podminek disperzni kapalinove mikroextrakce. Mezi sledovane parametry pat.ily volba disperzniho rozpou.t.dla a jeho mno.stvi, volba extrak.niho rozpou.t.dla a jeho mno.stvi, pH a iontova sila. Jako nejvhodn.j.i podminky byly pro 5 ml vzorku vyhodnoceny 2,5 ml 2-propanolu jako disperzniho rozpou.t.dla, 450 ?Ęl dichlormethanu jako extrak.niho rozpou.t.dla, pH 2 a bez upravy iontove sily. Ziskane extrakty byly analyzovany metodou vysokou.inne kapalinove chromatografie s detekci ve viditelne oblasti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the possibility of applying methods dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction for the extraction of synthetic food dyes of confectionery. The literature search which deals with synthetic dyes and their use in food processing was made. Another part is focused on isolation techniques and the possibility of determining synthetic food dyes. In the experimental part optimization of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction was carried out. The choice of dispersion solvent and its quantity, the choice of the extraction solvent and its quantity, pH and ionic strength were monitored. The best conditions were evaluated on a sample of 5ml of pH 2, 2,5ml of 2-propanol as the dispersion solvent and 450 ěl dichlormethane as the extraction solvent. The obtained extracts were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with detection in the visible region.
