Práce pojednává o maximální snaze využít lidských schopností a dovedností každého pracovníka firmy v její prospěch. The thesis deals with the maximal effort of using human abilities and skills of each employee in the company for its profit. The purpose of every company and its task is the welfare and satisfaction, not only for the customers, but also for its own employees to feel unified, to reduce the staff turnover to minimum, while it should take place naturally.
