Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice aktivizace seniorů prováděné aktivizačními pracovníky v domově pro seniory. Teoretická část práce poskytuje náhled na stáří a stárnutí. Je popsána demografie stárnutí s důrazem na společenské důsledky stárnutí obyvatelstva, narůstající ageismus. Jsou zmíněny sociální služby v návaznosti na zákon o sociálních službách, jejichž součástí jsou i domovy pro seniory. Na závěr je rozebrán pojem aktivizace seniorů. V praktické části je zpracován kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit faktory ovlivňující efektivitu práce aktivizačních pracovníků. Praktická část je doplněna o návrh využití nových poznatků v praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis is dedicated to the activation of older workers by the activation measures in the home for the elderly. The theoretical part provides a view of old age and aging. Is describes the demography, with emphasis on the social imlications of an aging population, ageism is growing. Social services are mentioned in relation to the law on social services, which include homes for the elderly. Finally, is analyzed the koncept of activation of seniors. The practical part is a qualitative research whose aim is to identify factors influencing the efficiency of motivating workers. The practical part is completed on the proposal for the use of new knowledge.
