Importance and Experiencing of E-learning Education of Labour Office Workers Aged over Fifty

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá e-learningovým vzděláváním pracovníků úřadu práce. Teoretická část předkládá pohled na vzdělávání v současné společnosti, na rozvoj informačních technologií a učení se v e-learningovém prostředí. Dále se zabývá vzděláváním dospělých v kontextu celoživotního vzdělávání. V kapitole E-learning si objasníme definici pojmu, jeho historii a zastoupení e-learningu v tradičním a firemním vzdělávání. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem, prováděného formou rozhovorů, zpracovanými daty, analýzou a interpretací výsledků.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with e-learning education for Labour Office employees. The theoretical part submits the point of view of the education in the contemporary society, of development of informational technologies and acquiring knowledge in e-learning surroundings. This part further occupies with education of adults in the context of lifelong learning. In the chapter called E-learning, the definition of this term, its history and appearance of e-learning in the traditional and company education have been explained. The practical part is comprised of a qualitative research which has been pursued with the form of dialogues, compiled data, analysis and interpretation of the results.
