Záměrem práce je představit a následně provést odhadnutí vlivu velikosti nemovitostního bohatství na spotřebu v ekonomikách eurozóny, za použití jednoduchého regresního modelu podle Iacoviella (2012), za pomocí odhadovací metody OLS. The intention of this paper is to present and then estimate the effect of the magnitude of real estate wealth on consumption in eurozone economies, using a simple regression model following Iacoviello (2012), using the OLS estimation method.
