Mechanical properties of composites with recycled carbon fibres

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce byla vypracována v návaznosti na bakalářskou práci "Analýza vlivu mletí recyklovaných uhlíkových vláken na mechanické vlastnosti epoxidových kompozitů", zpracovanou autorem této diplomové práce. Práce prohlubuje poznatky o mechanických vlastnostech kompozitů z recyklovaných uhlíkových vláken. V této práce se nachází obecné seznámení se studovaným materiálem a dále prohloubení a obohacení poznatků týkajících se mechanických vlastností kompozitů s uhlíkovou výplní. Bylo vytvořeno několik sérií kompozitů s různou koncentrací a velikostí uhlíkové výztuže, na kterých byly testovány mechanické vlastnosti zkouškou rázové houževnatosti, tříbodovým ohybem a DMA analýzou. Práce se dále zabývá analýzou do kompozitů aplikované uhlíkové výztuže a zkoumá její vliv na již zmiňované mechanické vlastnosti. Naměřené výsledky byly zpracovány a prezentovány v této práci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis was elaborated in connection with the bachelor thesis "Analysis of the impact of recycled carbon fibers grinding on the mechanical properties of epoxy composites" by author of this diploma thesis. The work deepens the information about the mechanical properties of recycled carbon fiber composites. In this work is a general introduction to the studied material, deepening and enriching of knowledge concerning the mechanical properties of carbon-filled composites. It was created several series of composites with different concentrations and sizes of carbon fibers, on which were measured mechanical properties tested by impact toughness test, three-point bending test and DMA analysis. This work also contains the analysis of carbon reinforced composites and examines effect of carbon filler on already mentioned mechanical properties. The measured results were processed and presented in this thesis.
