Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právem na obhajobu, zejména pak jeho realizací. Hlavním cílem je srovnání české právní úpravy práva na obhajobu s právní úpravou německou a rakouskou, na základě čehož jsou vyvozeny podněty pro případné legislativní změny trestního řádu České republiky, ale též je upozorněno na nedostatky zahraničních úprav. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the right to defense, especially with its realization. The main purpose of this thesis is to compare the Czech legal regulation of the right to defense with the legal regulation of Germany and Austria, on the basis of that suggestions for possible legislative changes of the Czech criminal code are drawn.
