Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na titul Evropské hlavní město kultury, jehož držitelem byla v roce 2015 Plzeň. V první části jsou představeny pojmy jako kultura a kulturní turismus a dále se zabývá problematikou marketingu destinace. Práce popisuje, jak titul EHMK získat a jak se s ním vypořádalo město Plzeň. Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is focused on the title of European Capital of Culture, hold in 2015 by Pilsen. The first part introduces terms such as culture and cultural tourism and afterwards deals with marketing of destination. The Thesis describes how to get ECOC title and how Pilsen coped with it.
