Diplomová práce se zabývá metodami financování kultury ve Velké Británii, USA a v České republice s důrazem na rozdíly, jejich kontext a funkčnost. Následně představuje Arts Councils England a USA (New York), jejich metody evaluace, zdroje financování, jejich správu a právní legislativu s nimi spojenou. The thesis deals with the methods of finincing culture in Great Britain, USA and the Czech republic with emphasis on differencies, their context and functionality. Consecutively it presents the Arts Councils England and USA (New York), their evaluation methods, sources of funding, their governance and the associated legislation.
