Tématem této diplomové práce je „Strategie expanze vybrané firmy“. Zabývá se společností, která má v plánu expandovat na zahraniční trh, konkrétně na Slovensko. The topic of this diploma thesis is "Expansion strategy of a selected company". It deals with a company that plans to expand to foreign markets, which is Slovakia.
