Knowledge management in a company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá definicí znalostního managementu a s ní spojených dalších pojmů jako jsou informace, data, explicitní a tacitní znalosti, znalostní podnik a znalostní pracovník. V další části jsou popsány nástroje řízení znalostního managementu z různých perspektiv v nejmenovaném výrobním závodě a zhodnocení jejich využívání při řízení znalostí.
Abstract:
This Thesis is focused in the first part on definition of knowledge management and is connected with terms like information, data, explicit and tacit knowledge or knowledge worker. In others parts are described the tools for knowledge management and its different point of view in unnamed company including appraisal.
