Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zdravý životní styl v mateřské škole a výživu předškolních dětí. Obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V první kapitole teoretické části práce ukazuje na důležitost komplexního zdraví u dětí předškolního věku a zmiňuje program Zdravá mateřská škola. The bachelor thesis focuses on healthy lifestyle in kindergarten and nutrition of preschool children. It consists of the theoretical and practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis shows the importance of complex health for preschool children and mentions the program Healthy Kindergarten.
