Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stresu a syndromu vyhoření u zdravotnického personálu Ústřední vojenské nemocnice. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsána a definována problematika stresu a stresorů, syndromu vyhoření, kde jsou popsány jeho příznaky, symptomy, projevy a fáze ale také jeho prevence, řešení a mimo jiné se zaobírá nejvíce ohroženými profesemi. Dále je zde zmínka o současnosti a historii Ústřední vojenské nemocnice a pandemii covid-19.Empirická část je zaměřena především na zdravotnický personál Ústřední vojenské nemocnice, a to zejména na pracovníky, kteří byli v době pandemie covid-19 aktivně či pasivně zapojeni do chodu covidových jednotek. V praktické části se zjišťuje míra výskytu syndromu vyhoření, hlavní důvody vzniku syndromu vyhoření a jeho primárních stresorů ale také informovanosti zdravotníků o problematice syndromu vyhoření.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the issue of stress and burnout syndrome among the medical staff of Central Military Hospital. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part.In the theoretical part, the issue of stress and stressors, burnout syndrome is described and defined, where its signs, symptoms, manifestations, and phases are described, as well as its prevention, and among other things, it deals with most endangered professions. There is also a mention of the present and history of the Central Military Hospital and the covid-19 pandemic. The empirical part is mainly focused on the medical staff of the Central Military Hospital, and on workers who were actively or passively involved in the operation of covid units during the covid-19 pandemic. In the practical part, the incidence rate of burnout syndrome, the main reasons for the occurrence of burnout syndrome and its primary stressors, as well as the familiarity of health professionals with the problem of burnout syndrome are determined.
