Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zákonem o právu autorském. Práce má část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část zkoumá podstatu zákona, jeho omezení, a organizaci OSA. Praktická část zkoumá soudní spory týkající se zákona o právu autorském.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis on copyright law. Work is theoretical and practical. The theoretical part examines the substance of the Act, its limitations, and organization of the OSA. The practical part deals with litigation relating to the Copyright Act.
