Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět ke zvýšení motivace pracovníků Spa hotelu Lanterna. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část zaměřenou na problematiku motivace zaměstnanců, dále analytickou část zahrnující marketingový průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců, SWOT analýzu Spa hotelu Lanterna, řízený rozhovor s provozní ředitelkou a metodu vlastního pozorování. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to contribute to increasing the motivation of employees of the Spa Hotel Lanterna. The thesis contains a theoretical part focused on employee motivation, an analytical part including a marketing survey of employee satisfaction, SWOT analysis of the Spa Hotel Lanterna, a controlled interview with the operations director and the method of self-observation.
