Témou diplomovej práce sú stresory a kopingové stratégie v profesii vysokoškolských učiteľov. Teoretická časť je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá charakteristikou práce vysokoškolského učitela s ohľadom na jej negatívne dopady v oblasti pracovného stresu.
