The system of state social support in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou dávkového systému státní sociální podpory. Kromě shrnutí aktuálně platné právní úpravy, včetně rozdělení dávkového systému, je zde popsán i historický vývoj. Další část práce pojednává o životním a existenčním minimu a na závěr jsem provedl komparaci naší právní úpravy zákona o státní sociální podpoře se Slovenskou právní úpravou.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation of the benefit system of state social support. In addition to a summary of the current legislation, including the division of the benefit system, the historical development is also described here.
