Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá demografickým složením uchazečů o zaměstnání a jeho změnami. Cílem této práce je zjistit demografické složení žadatelů a pozic před únorem 2022 a jeho změnu po příchodu uprchlíků z Ukrajiny a studovat dopady této změny na rozhodování vybraného podniku. This bachelor thesis deals with the demographic composition of job applicants and their changes. The aim of this thesis is find out the demographic composition of job applicants and positions before February 2022 and changes after the arrival of refugees from Ukraine and to study the effects of this change on the decision-making of the selected company.
