Strategic Analysis of the Enterprise

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou strategické analýzy podniku. Samotným cílem bylo zpracování strategické analýzy daného podniku a navržení vhodné strategie na základě dílčích analýz. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje literární rešerši oblastí strategického řízení, analýzy vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí, SWOT analýzy a tvorby a implementace strategií. Následně jsou tyto poznatky aplikovány v praktické části, která pak ústí do návrhu konkrétní strategie a doporučení pro vedení podniku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of strategic analysis of the company. The goal has been to develop a strategic analysis of a given company and to design a suitable strategy based on partial analysis. The work is divided into the theoretical and the practical parts. The theoretical part includes literature research in the areas of strategic management, analysis of the external and internal environment, SWOT analysis and strategy development. Subsequently, these findings are applied in the practical part, which then leads to the design of a specific strategy and recommendations for the business management.
