Predmetom diplomovej práce „Podnikateľský plán a zakladanie malého a stredného podniku“ je vytvoriť podnikateľský plán malého alebo stredného podniku. Prvá časť práce sa zameriava na teoretické východiská jednotlivých častí podnikateľského plánu. V praktickej časti sú jednotlivé princípy implementované na konkrétny príklad zakladania šport baru.
