Effect of the financial perspectives on EU budget
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářská práce je analýza finančních perspektiv a jejich vliv na rozpočet EU. Práce zkoumá, zda zavedení těchto perspektiv změnilo strukturu rozpočtu, zda ovlivnily výdajovou, popřípadě příjmovou část rozpočtu a také jestli stabilizovaly rozpočet jako celek. Dále se práce zabývá vlivem finančních perspektiv na rozpočtovou disciplínu institucí ES/EU skrze meziinstitucionální smlouvu.
Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is the analysis of the financial perspectives and its effect on EU budget. The thesis examines if the implementation of this perspectives consequently changed the architecture of the budget, if it influenced EU budget revenue and expenditure and if it also stabilized the whole budget.
