War Communism - Suppressive System of Soviet Russia
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá fenoménem Válečného komunismu, jeho determinanty a dopady na realitu sovětské společnosti se zaměřením na oblast práva a ekonomiky. Cílem práce bylo především postihnout zvláštnosti budování právního řádu ve specifických podmínkách občanské války a ruské právní a kulturní tradice.
Abstract:
This work is concerned with phenomenon of war communism, its determinants and impacts on reality of soviet society with a special accent on law and economy. Goal of this work is to apprehend unique elements of construction of soviet law system during civil war in conditions of russian law and cultural tradition.
