The Agreement of foster care from the point of view of the organisation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá dohodou o výkonu pěstounské péče z pohledu doprovázející organizace. Skládá se z teoretické a výzkumné části. Je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickým vymezením náhradní rodinné péče a všemi formami, které pod tuto problematiku spadají. Druhá kapitola se zabývá teoretickým vymezením pěstounské péči a ve třetí kapitole je představena novela zákona a s ní spojena povinnost uzavírat dohodu o výkonu pěstounské péče ze strany pěstounů. Rovněž jsou zde představeny práva a povinnosti vyplývající z této dohody. Tuto kapitolu lze považovat za stěžejní. Ve čtvrté kapitole je představena role klíčového pracovníka a jeho osobnostní předpoklady. V páté kapitole se seznamujeme s rozlišením pěstounské péče v zahraničí a v České republice. Výzkum je veden kvalitativní strategií. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak klíčoví pracovnici v organizacích v Moravskoslezském kraji, které mají pověření k uzavření dohod o výkonu pěstounské péče, hodnotí současnou podobu a výkon dohody o výkonu pěstounské péče ze strany pěstounů, který do praxe zavedla novela zákona č. 359/1999 Sb., o sociálněprávní ochraně dětí, v platném znění v roce 2013.

Abstract:

he diploma thesis deals with the Agreement on the performance of foster care from the perspective o the accompanying organization. It consists of theoretical and application part. It is dived into 7 chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical definition o alternative family care and intorudce all forms that belongs under this issue. The second chapter deals with foster care and presents temporary foster care and classic form of foster care. The third chapter presents and amendment to the law and the obligation to conclude and Agreement of the performance of foster care by foster parents. Also introduces the rights and responsibility. This fourth chapter presents the role of the key worker and his personal assumption. In the fifth chapter we get acqiomted with the distinction of foster care in England and in the Czech repulic. Research is included in the seventh chapter. The research is conducted qualitatively. The aim of the thesis is to fing out how a key worker in ogranizations in the Moravian- Silesian Region, which are authorized to conlude agreements on the performance of foster care, evaluates the current form and performance of the agreement on foster care which introduced.
