Special Working Conditions of Certain Categories of Employees

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou pracovních podmínek některých skupin zaměstnanců. V první části se zabývám vymezením pojmu pracovní podmínky a pojmu zvláštní pracovní podmínky. A to jak z pohledu mezinárodního tak i národního práva. Druhá část popisuje právní úpravu pracovních podmínek osob se zdravotním postižením nejprve z hlediska mezinárodního a komunitárního práva, poté i na národní úrovni. V další části popisuji právní úpravu zvláštních pracovních podmínek mladistvých. Ve čtvrté části se zabývám vysvětlením zvláštních pracovních podmínek žen, matek a zaměstnanců pečujících o jiné fyzické osoby. V poslední části této práce srovnávám právní úpravu Švédského království v oblasti rodičovství.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the area of labour law and the title is “Special Working Conditions of Some Groups of Employees”. As this issue is extensive, the thesis is divided into several thematic parts. The first part of the thesis deals with the definition of working conditions in general and with the description of special working conditions. The legal regulation is defined according to documents of international organizations such as the ILO, UN, Council of Europe and the European Union. Then I analyzed the legal regulation on special working conditions for all groups according to the Czech law. This thesis is divided into three main parts for the sake of clarity. The first part describes special conditions of handicapped people. The second part addresses the legal regulation on juvenile employees. The third part of the thesis deals with the legal regulation of employed women and men caring for another natural person, employees caring for a child and employees caring for other natural persons. In the last part of this thesis I compared these conditions with the legal regulation of the Kingdom of Sweden. I have chosen the area of parental support and employment support for comparison.
