Agreements of performance of foster care from a social worker´s perspective

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá dohodami o výkonu pěstounské péče z pohledu sociálního pracovníka. Teoretická část informuje o formách náhradní rodinné péče v České republice a zaměřuje se především na pěstounskou péči. Seznamuje s dohodami o výkonu pěstounské péče, které do praxe přinesla novela zákona č. 359/1999 Sb., o sociálně - právní ochraně dětí. Popisuje význam dohod o výkonu pěstounské péče, jejich legislativní ukotvení, obsah, podmínky uzavírání či zánik. Dále informuje o roli sociálních pracovníků pro náhradní rodinnou péči v souvislosti s dohodami o výkonu pěstounské péče. Výzkumná část se zabývá názory sociálních pracovníků náhradní rodinné péče na dohody o výkonu pěstounské péče a jejich zavedení do praxe. Cílem diplomové práce je podrobné seznámení s dohodami o výkonu pěstounské péče. Cílem výzkumné části této diplomové práce je zjistit, jak je vnímána problematika dohod o výkonu pěstounské péče samotnými sociálními pracovníky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is interested in agreements of performance of foster care from the perspective of a social worker. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis informs about the forms of substitute family care in the Czech Republic, and focuses on foster care. This work introduces agreements of performance of foster care that the amendment has brought to the Act No 359/1999, on socio-legal protection of children. It describes the importance of agreements of performance of foster care, their legislative basis, content, conditions of agreements or their extinction. Further it informs about the role of social workers of foster care related to agreements of performance of foster care. The research deals with views of social workers on agreements of performance of foster care and their implementation in practice. The aim of this thesis is detailed introduction to the problems of procedure of foster care. The thesis aims to find out how social workers of foster care perceive the practical agreement of performance of foster care.
