A survey of passengers satisfaction with public transport in Ostrava

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti cestujících s MHD v Ostravě. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí, v první části je teoreticky vymezena řešená problematika bakalářské práce, následná druhá část se zabývá realizací průzkumu spokojenosti cestujících s MHD v Ostravě. V poslední části práce jsou demonstrovány návrhy na zlepšení situace v oblasti spokojenosti cestujících s MHD v Ostravě. Prezentované výsledky se opírají o vlastní průzkum, který byl proveden v průběhu roku 2017.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses the satisfaction of passengers regarding the public transport on Ostrava. It is divided into three parts. Firstly, the theoretical background of the issue is analysed. The second part is consisted of the research itself in order to define the passenger´s satisfaction. Lastly, the thesis tries to come up with suggestions in order to improve the public transport situation in Ostrava along with the satisfaction of the customers. The given results are based on my own research carried throughout 2017.
