Vojtěch Jirát: The Sense and Meaning of the Poetic Form

Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce s názvem Smysl básnické formy podle Vojtěcha Jiráta si klade za cíl představit Jirátovy myšlenky o básnické formě a zhodnotit jejich význam pro literární i obecnou estetiku. Jirát se zabývá užitím konkrétních výrazových prostředků básnického umění, jejich vztahem k individuálnímu stylu umělecké osobnosti a rovněž i estetickým působením básnického díla na recipienta. Práce se zaměří rovněž na vymezení estetických norem, které je třeba rozvíjet a udržovat v kulturním a jazykovém povědomí (zvláště oblast estetiky jazyka, metriky a versologie).

Abstract:

The aim of the dissertation named The Sense and Meaning of the Poetic Form is an introduction of the Jirát´s ideas about poetic form and evaluation of their meaning for the literary and the general Aesthetics. Jirát deals with the specific means of expressions of poetic art, the relationships between them and a style of artist, and an aesthetical action on recipient. The aim of this work is definition of aestetic standard, that is necessary to develop and maintain in cultural and linguistic awareness especially in the field of aestetics of the language, the metric and the versology.
