Předmětem zájmu této diplomové práce na téma "Darstellung von Gewalt und Manipulation in ausgewahlten Marchen der Bruder Grimm" je zobrazování násilí a manipulace jak explicitní, tak obrazné, a jeho možné interpretace včetně přístupu psychoanalytického.
