Abstract:

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je fúze podniku. Cílem je objasnit a přiblížit problematiku fúzí. Po přečtení práce, by měl čtenář lépe pochopit pojem fúze, její hlavní motivy a druhy, a také okolnosti vzniku fúze. Je zde také popsán historický vývoj fúzí až do současnosti. Tato práce dává možnost nahlédnout do průběhu fúze jak z teoretického, tak praktického hlediska. Díky detailnímu popisu reálně uskutečněné fúze, přináší práce pohled na konkrétní fúzi, důvody její realizace a pohled na oblasti, které byly klíčové v celém procesu. V návrhové části jsem uvedla několik doporučení, které by firmě, která fúzi dosud nerealizovala, mohli pomoci při realizaci budoucí fúze.

Abstract:

The main theme of my bachelor thesis is a merger of a company. The aim is to clarify and explain in details what the whole process is about. Reading the thesis should enable anyone not only to understand what merger is but also comprehend the motives, kinds and circumstances initiating it. There is also described history of mergers and their development up to present time.My work provides us with a possibility to follow the process from practical as well as theoretical point of view. Thanks to detailed description of a real merger which took place in past we can understand the reasons for its realization and have an idea which parts were key elements of the process. I've also used several recommendations which could be helpful for a company which have a need and desire for such process to take place.
