Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou věrnostní programy ve vybraných restauračních řetězcích. Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s principem věrnostních programů a jejich významem pro restaurační řetězce. The subject of the thesis are Loyalty programs in selected restaurant chains. The first aim of this work is introduce principle of Loyalty programs and its advantages and meanings for restaurant chains.
