Selected aspects of inclusive education from the primary school teachers´ point of view

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je tematicky zaměřena na problematiku hodnocení vybraných aspektů legislativních změn a rozvoje inkluzivního vzdělávání z pohledu učitelů. Teoretická východiska práce jsou orientována na problematiku vývoje přístupů společnosti ke vzdělávání a integraci osob s postižením, problematiku vývoje a aktuální situace v oblasti legislativního rámce vzdělávání dětí, žáků a studentů se SVP, podrobnou charakteristiku konceptu inkluzivního vzdělávání, jeho východisek a podmínek či případných limitů či bariér jeho realizace. Empirická část práce je zaměřena na prezentaci výsledků kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumného šetření zacíleného na analýzu hodnocení vybraných prvků aspektů legislativních změn, prosazování inkluzivního vzdělávání a podmínek jeho realizace z pohledu pedagogů, dále na analýzu jejich potřeb v dané oblasti. Data budou získávána za pomoci dotazníkového šetření, které je součástí výzkumných aktivit PF UJEP pro Ústecký kraj. Výsledky práce tak mohou přispět k reálným krokům směřujícím k vyšší podpoře pedagogů v praxi.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the problem of assessment of aspects of legislative changes and development of inclusive education from the perspective of teachers. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on issues of development of society's approach to education and integration of people with disabilities, the development issues and the current situation in the legislative framework of education of children, pupils and students with special educational needs, detailed characteristics of the concept of inclusive education, its origins and conditions or possible limits the barrier of its implementation. Empirical part of the thesis is focused on the presentation of results from quantitative research targeted on the analysis of selected elements of aspects of legislative changes, the promotion of inclusive education and the conditions of its implementation from the point of view of educators, and the analysis of their needs in the given field. The data will be collected through a questionnaire survey, which is part of the research activities of the PF UJEP for the Ústí nad Labem region. The results of the work can contribute to real steps towards greater support for teachers in practice.
