Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zobrazením příštítných tělísek metodami nukleární medicíny. Teoretická část práce nejprve obsahuje obecné informace o příštítných tělískách a jejich onemocněních. Poté je zaměřena na nukleární medicínu, a to konkrétně gama záření, principy a možnosti snímání, hybridní přístroje, radiofarmaka a radiační ochranu. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis is focused on imaging of parathyroid glands using nuclear medicine methods. The theoretical part of the thesis first contains general information about parathyroid glands and their diseases. It is then focused on nuclear medicine, specifically gamma radiation, principles and possibilities of sensing, hybrid devices, radiopharmaceuticals and radiation protection.
