Tato diplomová práce se zabývá akčně zaměřeným přístupem, pojmem, který zavádí Společný evropský referenční rámec pro jazyky. Snaží se vystihnout, co tento přístup přináší či nepřináší nového, zkoumá jeho pozici vůči komunikativnímu přístupu, který Rada Evropy podporovala před vytvořením Rámce, dále zkoumá jak je tento přístup interpretován a jaké další přístupy k výuce se z něj zrodily.
