Tématem práce je evropský patent. Impulsem k výběru takto zaměřeného tématu mi byl vzrůstající počet soudních sporů týkající se porušování práv, příp. oprávněnosti existence patentů, jakožto i nezřídka velmi rozdílné ba dokonce opačně znějící rozsudky národních soudů v obdobných věcech. The topic of this master thesis is European patent. The reason I chose this particular topic was the increasing number of infringements in patent law area and the frequent, diametrically opposite judgements.
