Motivation of employees of the Non-profit organisation

Abstract:

Cílem této magisterské diplomové práce je odpovědět na otázku, jaké jsou klíčové faktory pracovní motivace zaměstnanců konkrétní neziskové organizace. Tato práce se zaměřuje na porozumění zásadním prvkům pracovní motivace zaměstnanců ve specifickém typu organizace, v neziskové organizaci. V teoretické části se pokouším o komplexní náhled na téma pracovní motivace v neziskové organizaci prostřednictvím představení teorie z oblasti organizačního fungování neziskových organizací a z oblasti obecných teorií pracovní motivace. Pro zjišťování jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii, založenou na technice sběru dat pomocí polostandardizovaných rozhovorů a doplnila jsem ji analýzou organizačních dokumentů. V závěru identifikuji klíčové faktory pracovní motivace zaměstnanců v neziskovém sektoru, kterými se jeví být ztotožnění s cíli a hodnotami organizace, zpětná vazba, jasné kompetence, atd. A formuluji doporučení, jak by mohlo vedení dané organizace tyto závěry použít při směřování pracovní motivace svých zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to answer what are the key factors of work motivation of employees of the concrete Non-profit organization. This thesis is focused on understanding of the main elements of work motivation of employees in the specific type of organization, in the Non-profit organization. The theoretical part presents a complex view of the topic of work motivation in the Non-profit organization focusing on the theory from the area of the organizational life of the Non-profit organizations and from the field of the theories of the work motivation. I choose a qualitative research strategy, as a data collection technique was used semistandardized interviews. It was supplied by the analysis of the organizational documents. In conclusion I identify the key factors of the motivation of employees of the Non-profit organization. Drawing on this research I can state that those are identification with organisational goals and values, feedback, explicit competences, etc. In conclusion you can find the formulation of the recommendations, how could the management of the organization use these outcomes during dealing with the work motivation of the employees.
