Bakalárska práca analyzuje marketingový mix v historicky známom štvorhviezdičkovom hoteli Devín, ktorý sa nachádza v Bratislave. Cieľom je zistiť ako tento hotel zostavuje a využíva jednotlivé časti marketingového mixu, akým spôsobom vytvára a implementuje nové produkty a služby a nakoľko je pre tento hotel dôležitá komunikácia s verejnosťou.
