Práce se zabývá odkladem a přerušením výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Nejprve je popsán výkon trestu odnětí svobody a zásady, které se v něm obvykle uplatňují. Stěžejní část práce tvoří analýza institutů odkladu a přerušení výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. The thesis deals with the deferral and suspension of serving prison sentence. First, the serving prison sentence and the principles usually applied in it are described. The main part of the thesis is an analysis of the deferral and suspension of serving prison sentence.
