Abstract:
Práce se zabývá činnosti Probační a mediační služby České republiky v Rychnově nad Kněžnou se zaměřením na podmíněné propuštění, dohled a alternativní tresty. Hlavním tématem je Probační a mediační služba, její historický vývoj, charakteristika a principy, odlišnosti probace v jiných evropských zemích, a neposlední řadě také právním ukotvením jejich činností.
Abstract:
Thesis is aimed to Probation and Mediation service in Czech Republic, Rychnov nad Kněžnou with special interest to condition release, surveillance and alternative punishment. Main theme is Probation and Mediation service, its historical development, characteristics and principles, differences of probation service in other European countries and last but not least the legal anchor of their activities …more
