Abstract:
Cílem této teze bylo prozkoumat široké spektrum technik pro detekci anomálií, postavených na neuronových sítích, a prověřit jejich potenciál posloužit jakožto automatizované detektory defektů v reálném výrobním procesu. The goal of this thesis was to explore a variety of neural network-based anomaly detection techniques and gauge their potential to be used as automatic defect detectors in a real-world manufacturing process. To this end a small data set consisting of images of predominantly non-defective electron-optical apertures was provided by TESCAN.
