Abstract:
Tématem absolventské práce je psychohygiena v sociální sféře. Jejím cílem je pomocí odborné kompilace literatury popsat zdroje stresu, psychickou tíživost pracovníků a důležitost psychohygieny v sociální sféře. The topic of the graduate thesis is psychohygiene in the social sphere. Its aim is with the help of a professional compilation of literature to describe the sources of stress, the psychological burden of workers and important psychohygiene in the social sphere.
