Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pozorování a porovnávání vegetace ve vinicích. Za tímto účelem byla zvolena metoda fytocenologického snímkování. Pozorování bylo prováděno v pěti lokalitách. Ve třech vinařských podoblastech. V každé lokalitě bylo zvoleno pět stanovišť o velikosti 5 m2 v příkmenném pásu nebo v meziřadí. Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the observation and comparison of vegetation in vineyards. For this purpose, the phytosociological relevé method was chosen. The research took place in five locations in three wine sub-regions. In each locality, five habitats of a size of 5 m2 were selected, both in the under-vine zone and in the row area.
