Práce je mimo jiné zaměřená na zjištění počtu ekologicky hospodařících podniků a jejich porovnaní jak v ČR, tak i na Ukrajině. V teoretické části práce je definováno ekologické zemědělství, podmínky a principy produkce, biopotraviny a další.
