Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je studium mikrobiální oxidace elementární síry. Byly provedeny inkubační testy, které zkoumaly rychlost oxidace elementární síry na sírany a změny v četnosti půdní mikrobiální populace v závislosti na obsahu fosforu, organické hmoty a teplotě půdy. Fosfor byl dotován do půdy v podobě dihydrogenfosforečnanu draselného a organická hmota ve formě humátu draselného. Vodné výluhy …more
Abstract:
The theme of this thesis is to study the microbial oxidation of elemental sulfur. Incubation tests were performed that examined the rate of oxidation of the elemental sulfur to sulphate and changes in the frequency of microbial population, depending on the phosphorus content, organic matter, and soil temperature.
