This bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of an English-Czech and Czech-English terminological dictionary based on Corporate Finance, the teaching subject at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Cílem této bakalářské práce je tvorba anglicko-českého a česko-anglického terminologického slovníčku pro předmět Podnikových financí, vyučovaný v anglickém jazyce. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí.
