Proposal of a methodology for the creation of an introductory feasibility study for the internal needs of the company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem metodiky na tvorbu úvodní studie proveditelnosti pro interní potřeby podniku a použití této vytvořené metodiky na konkrétní projekt. V tomto případě se jedná o projekt fotovoltaické elektrárny v podniku Lovochemie, a.s.. Teoretická část práce obsahuje seznámení se studií proveditelnosti, s úvodní studií proveditelnosti a rešerši metod projektového řízení vhodných pro úvodní studii proveditelnosti. Praktická část obsahuje návrh metodiky pro tvorbu úvodní studie proveditelnosti a následné použití této metodiky na konkrétní projekt fotovoltaické elektrárny a tím vytvoření úvodní studie proveditelnosti fotovoltaické elektrárny. Úvodní studie proveditelnosti fotovoltaické elektrárny obsahuje rešerši fotovoltaiky, návrh fotovoltaické elektrárny o výkonu 22,085 MWp, simulaci této fotovoltaické elektrárny a všechny potřebné dokumenty související s projektovým řízením. V závěru práce je vypracováno ekonomické zhodnocení vytvořené metodiky a navržené fotovoltaické elektrárny.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with a draft of metodology for creation of introductory study of feasibility for internal uses of the company and the use of this created metodology on a specific project. In this case, project of photovoltaic power plant in the company "Lovochemie, a.s.". The theoretical part of the thesis consists of introduction to the study of feasibility, introductory study of feasibility and the research of methods for project management suitable for the introductory study of feasibility. The practical part of the thesis consists of a draft of metodology for the creation of the introductory study of feasibility and the following use of this metodology for a specific project of a photovoltaic power plant. The introductory study of feasibility of a photovoltaic power plant consists of the photovoltaic research, a draft of a photovoltaic power plant (22,085MWp output), the simulation of this photovoltaic power plant and all the necessary documentation needed for project management. The economic evaluation of the created metodology and the projected photovoltaic power plant is included in the conclusion of the thesis.
